Rogers, Monda earn CCBL honors

Taylor Rogers of Harwich has been named Cape Cod Baseball League Pitcher of the Week, while Jason Monda (Brewster) is the Player of the Week.
Rogers went seven innings while allowing just two hits in a 1-0 win over Orleans.
His ERA in 2011 is 2.14 and he has two shutouts.
Monda had two hits in all but one of Brewster’s games last week and was 2-for-3 with a triple and two stolen bases against Harwich.
Monda is hitting .375 in 2011.
