The Division 1 regular season has just two weeks left for most of New England’s clubs, but the playoff race is heating up even sooner for a select few.
The start to this weekend gave Harvard good news, as its Saturday win was enough to clinch home-field advantage for the upcoming Ivy League Championship Series against Columbia. That open door for the Crimson closed another for some of their Ancient Eight rivals, as Dartmouth saw its season come to an end, though it did so with a milestone victory.
The trend of winning every weekend continued for UConn and Bryant, while there were milestones achieved elsewhere in the region, especially on the mound.
