With a sizable number of New England prep programs stocked with an overload of quality infielders, the choices for a top 10 list proved to be extremely difficult to narrow. With the assistance of a number of coaches, New England Baseball Journal was able to do it.
As you will see below, there is not one player mentioned who isn't deserving of the recognition, as all are expected to play major roles for their respective teams in their efforts to not only improve on last year, but compete for league championships.
A majority of the selected infielders will most-likely play at the next level; several have already made commitments to various top college and universities.
