Dylan Kennedy-Fujah has partaken in a number of significant summer showcases over the years, including the PBR Futures Game, WWBA New England Elite Championship, WWBA 17U National Championship, and the Boston Open.
These events play host to some of the nation's top high school talent for college coaches and MLB scouts alike.
A North Branford, Conn., native, Kennedy-Fujah '24 has been a major presence over his five years at Cheshire Academy, and also with his summer club, Baseball U CT (Fairfield, Conn.). The now-senior came to Cheshire as a reclassified freshman following the COVID shutdown.
"I really wanted to challenge myself both academically and athletically so that I could be better equipped for college,'' said Kennedy-Fujah. "Cheshire offers a more diverse environment than I had at my public school. The college prep atmosphere has helped me to think more for myself and manage my goals so that I can be successful both in the classroom and on the field.''
