Northeast area scouts and cross-checkers are finalizing their lists of 2020 MLB Draft prospects and formulating travel plans for the spring season.
The list of New England pitching talent is vast, but is not laden with players who are expected to go in the first couple of rounds.
Players like Bryant pitcher Tyler Mattison (Fort Ann, N.Y.) are not included in this list, as it consists of players who are native to New England. To clarify, a player is eligible for this list if he grew up in New England and is now playing prep or college baseball outside of New England. But it does not include players who grew up outside of New England and are now playing college ball regionally.
