As the countdown to another season continues in February, New England Baseball Journal is pleased to introduce its All-NEBJ Preseason Team for the Division 3 ranks.

Several positions lost several regional stars to graduation since 2019 ended, but the 13-player team includes four players from both the Little East and NEWMAC. Out of the four from the former conference, two hail from a Southern Maine club that looks poised to be a regional contender again in 2020. The NESCAC also has multiple players mentioned in our preseason look at the best players holding down each position on the diamond.

Massachusetts was the most frequent home of last year’s All-NEBJ players, but nearly the entire New England region is represented with at least one player in this installment.

Of the 10 natives on the list, there are three from both the Bay State and Rhode Island, two from Connecticut and one from both Vermont and Maine.
