Gatorade released its list of Player of the Year award recipients for each of the 50 states on Friday, and New England's six winners include commits to Vanderbilt, Stanford, Michigan, South Florida, Georgetown and George Washington.
The Gatorade State Player of the Year award recognizes outstanding athletic excellence, high standards of academic achievement and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the field.
