North East Baseball -- based out of Harvard, Mass. -- had a strong performance across the 18U and 17U age levels this weekend at the 2022 Perfect Game MLK Championship in Fort Myers, Fla. The event was Perfect Game's first major tournament of the year.

The Massachusetts-based travel teams dominated the 18U division, forcing an all-NEB championship game between NEB National and NEB American. NEB National prevailed with a 2-1 victory to take home the championship.

NEB sent five 18U and 17U squads to the tournament, and three came home with trophies. In addition to the 18U finalists, the NEB American 17U squad finished third. The NEB squads were coached by Jeff Sullivan, Michael Pagacik, Richard Torres, KJ Walsh and Juni Delgado.

Here's a look at six New England players who shined for NEB at the PG East MLK Championship, with commentary from NEB National head coach Jeff Sullivan.
