The 2023 MLB Draft figures to have some New England representation in the first round, and MLB Pipeline confirmed as much yesterday when it released its Top 100 Prospects List.
Three players with New England ties were ranked in the top 23 in a list that is compiled with input from MLB scouts across the country. No other New Englander earned a ranking in the top 100.
The triumvirate of potential first-round New England prospects includes one high school player and two college players. All three are at the top of NEBJ's most recent ranking of New England's top 20 prospects for the 2023 MLB Draft.
