After a bit of a down year for New England MLB Draft prospects in 2022, the talent pool for 2023 is looking stacked heading into the new year.
New England’s 2023 MLB Draft class includes two left-handed high school pitchers who have been clocked in the high-90s, a Cape League MVP, and two Boston College prospects who have shined in the ACC as well as the Cape League.
After three months of relative inactivity in the baseball world, the college season will kick off for many New England D1 programs on Friday, Feb. 17. Presumably, there will be a fair amount of player movement on the bottom half of this list over the next three months.
