As many as three New England prospects could be selected on the first day of the 2023 MLB Draft on July 9.
The first two rounds will be selected by MLB executives on Day 1. Rounds 3 to 10 will follow on July 10, before the final 10 rounds are selected on July 11.
New England’s 2023 MLB draft class includes two left-handed high school pitchers who have been clocked in the high-90s, and a reigning Cape League MVP.
