’23 college commitments: New England’s 6 D1 commits since July 1

July is arguably the busiest month of the college recruiting calendar for various reasons.

The college season is over, so coaches are on the road scouting high school players.
It is the climax of the travel ball season with WWBA Perfect Game Championship events in Florida and Georgia.
By NCAA rule, D1 college coaches can now visit incoming seniors at their respective homes.

As such, offers and commitments are coming fast and furious. As college coaches sort out their respective team's roster movement through the NCAA Transfer Portal, they begin to firm up the '23 recruiting class.

Here's a look at six notable D1 commitments from New Englanders in the month of July.
