New England Baseball Journal presents its annual All-NEBJ honors with First Team, Second Team, Third Team and Honorable Mention selections.
NEBJ does not base its decisions on strength of league or the level of scheduled competition. Instead, the focus is squarely on individual achievement and contributions made to the players' respective teams.
As the overall talent level continues to improve at the prep school level, more players are deserving of recognition. We gathered information from participating coaches highlighting their top players to make our determinations. Many of these student-athletes will be returning for the 2023 season and will continue to impact the New England prep baseball scene.
