With a new academic year underway, it’s time for New England Baseball Journal to take a look at the best of the best from another busy summer in the region.
The third of our annual summer All-NEBJ teams for 2023 focuses on the Futures League, where the Norwich Sea Unicorns edged past the Vermont Lake Monsters to win their first-ever championship after tying the league lead with 39 wins during the regular season.
Our previous All-NEBJ teams covered the Cape Cod League and NECBL.
As usual, players listed on our All-NEBJ rosters must hail from New England and/or play their college baseball in the region. This roster includes player representation from seven of the Futures League’s eight franchises and colleges at all three NCAA levels.
