Class of 2021: National Signing Day brings commits list to 196 players

By Dan GuttenplanNovember 13, 2020

Plainfield, Vt., native Owen Kellington

This week marked the start of the National Letter of Intent signing period for college baseball, as prospects were officially permitted to put pen to paper to commit to their colleges of choice. Our list of Class of 2021 commitments has grown by 40 commitments in the last month.

With so many top ballplayers from New England advancing to the college ranks, New England Baseball Journal is committed to keeping track of all college-bound players. We are currently tracking commitments for players in the graduating classes of 2021, 2022 and 2023.

We currently have a list of 196 players from the Class of 2021 committed to college (see below). The region’s Division 1 powers lead the way, including eight players each committed to Northeastern and UConn, six to UMass Lowell, five to Bryant and four to Boston College.

We’ll continue to add to our list throughout the year. We welcome all submissions from coaches, parents and players themselves. Please email any additions (or corrections) to editor@baseballjournal.com, and be sure to include first and last names, hometown, current school, graduation year, position and college commitment.
