A recent surge of college commitments has capped off a summer in which recruiters took to the road to identify players of interest in the Class of '23 and '24 (along with an occasional '25).
A total of 30 New England prospects have made commitments to college coaches since our last update on Aug. 15. Of the 30 commits, 15 are D3 commits in the Class of '23, and 11 are D1 commits in the Class of '23. The rest are D1 commits in either the Class of '24 or '25.
The recruiting cycle figures to slow down as college coaches return to campus. Still, recruiting remains a 12-month season as coaches will continue to extend offers to prospects in the fall and winter as they host campus visits.
