It's time to come up for air as the recruiting cycle turns to a NCAA Quiet Period after a frantic three-week stretch of commitments.
Over the last month, the list of commitments by players in the Class of 2024 has increased by 64. Many of those players committed to D1 programs in the NCAA's Contact Period, which ran from Aug. 1 to 20. Now that the NCAA has imposed a Quiet Period (Aug. 21 to Sept. 14), which restricts off-campus recruiting contacts or scouting evaluations, that pace should slow considerably.
The following list includes 24 more college commitments for players in the Class of 2024. Fourteen are commitments to D1 programs, such as Boston College, Northeastern, Maine, UMass Amherst, UMass Lowell, Dayton, Penn State, Central Connecticut State, Lehigh, Rutgers, and Hofstra. The remaining 10 commitments are for D3 colleges.
Here’s a look at 24 New England prospects who have committed to college programs in the last month. We will also continue to update our Class of 2024 Commitment Tracker, which now includes 150 players.
