Second-year head coach Ed Kahovec’s Holy Cross club is just one of many around New England that has experienced the uncertain nature of pandemic baseball throughout this spring, seeing its season go on a 10-day pause less than a week before it was scheduled to start last month.
The Crusaders missed their first handful of games as a result of the pause, not opening their season until March 17 at Boston College.
