D1 notebook: Sorenson’s no-hitter highlights Merrimack’s big weekend

Graduate righty Riley Sorenson (Sandwich, Mass.) threw the program’s first Division 1 no-hitter, striking out a career-high eight -- including five of the final seven hitters -- across the nine-inning complete game.
