With play underway across all of the region’s conferences, New England Baseball Journal is pleased to unveil its first 2021 in-season edition of the Division 3 Coaches Poll.

Not every team ranked below has games under its belt, but the top of the rankings feature some familiar teams that are off to outstanding starts this season. The top four New England teams -- including two from the powerful Little East Conference -- also represent the region on a national level in the latest D3baseball.com/NCBWA Top 25.

This week’s NEBJ ranks feature four Little East teams, two from both the NEWMAC and CCC, and one from three other conferences. Two of the ranked teams entered Wednesday with at least seven wins on their respective records, while three have played at least three games without a loss.

As the spring continues, NEBJ’s Division 3 Coaches Poll is voted upon by a panel of coaches and sports information directors throughout New England and will be released weekly on Wednesdays. Coaches and SIDs interested in participating in the voting should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com.
