A memorable season of Division 1 college baseball in New England has come to an end.
Boston College and UConn both played on the final day of play for their respective NCAA Regionals, ultimately falling short on the long road out of the elimination bracket.
Northeastern earned its second-ever at-large bid, while Central Connecticut and Maine returned to the tournament field automatically as the champions of their respective conferences.
