The first May weekend for New England’s Division 1 college teams included key conference series and even a playoff race reaching its conclusion.
Among the highlights, it was a strong weekend for both of the region’s Atlantic 10 representatives to make a charge up the standings, while the Northeast Conference featured a first-place series showdown going in favor of a local club.
The playoff bracket has also been set in the Patriot League, where Holy Cross earned three more wins to conclude the regular season to lock up its second berth in three seasons.
