Another weekend, another series win for New England’s top Division 1 baseball programs.
Boston College and Connecticut maintained their place in the conversation as future NCAA regional hosts with strong performances, while Northeastern inched closer to the top spot of the CAA standings.
Elsewhere in the region, the America East standings shook up after a local team swept in league play, Fairfield won another series to set up a key MAAC showdown, and a pair of Northeast Conference clubs put together another winning weekend.
