While three of New England’s Division 1 baseball teams are playing up among the best in the country, the wins added up for several others during another full weekend of April action.
A pair of clubs from both America East and the Ivy League swept through their latest series, continuing to climb up their respective conference standings. The weekend also featured a number of head-to-head series between local clubs, including one in each of those aforementioned leagues.
There were also series wins in the Atlantic-10 and the MAAC, while another Connecticut club was responsible for this week’s dominant offensive day.
