D3 Coaches Poll: NESCAC, UAA schools crack top 10 for first time

By Joshua KumminsMarch 30, 2022

With April just days away, the Division 3 baseball season is in full swing.

Action is heating up around New England after much of March was spent dodging the cold weather during trips to the south and west. With that, multiple new teams have joined the ranks of New England Baseball Journal’s Division 3 Coaches Poll in the same week for the first time this season.

The NESCAC gains a new representative that got off to an undefeated start, while a power-hitting club that has pitched a pair of shutouts in the past week also enters the regional picture.

NEBJ’s Division 3 Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches and sports information directors throughout New England and will be released weekly on Wednesdays during the season. Coaches and SIDs interested in participating in the voting should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com for more information.
