
As March reaches its midway point, some New England’s Division 3 baseball teams are still trying to get games in up north. Others are in the midst of or have completed challenging trips to the south and west. Several more have yet to take the field at all.
However, the region’s top teams have surely challenged themselves. According to D3baseball.com, three of the 11 hardest schedules in the country to date belong to teams ranked in New England Baseball Journal’s latest Top 10.
One new team has joined the ranks this week after a hot start in Florida, while WPI, New England College, and Trinity are among those who've impressed to varying degrees. No matter what, it’s shaping up to be a fun spring of baseball in the region.
