It’s no secret that some of the top Division 3 teams in the country hail from New England, but there is also no region in the country featuring more baseball-playing programs in total.

Babson performed very well during its early-season series against a Texas powerhouse while a pair of Little East competitors were picked right behind them in New England Baseball Journal’s Preseason Coaches Poll last month.

Plenty of other teams received strong consideration for the top spots in New England’s ranks, but NEBJ wanted to take a look at some more teams to watch throughout the just-beginning 2020 season. The teams listed within received the most votes for the region’s Top 10 and/or were predicted as conference champions during our preseason polls and surveys sent to coaches.

Two other Little East teams lead the way, and several other conferences are represented.
