New England Baseball Journal’s series of Division 3 season previews continues with the 2021 All-NEBJ Preseason Team.

As the month of March moves along, the game schedule is ramping up as teams around the region tune up for schedules that will largely -- or, in some cases, exclusively -- feature conference competition throughout the spring.

Many of the names featured on our annual All-NEBJ squad below will be familiar to New England fans as this year’s rosters include plenty of experience after the 2020 season was cut well short almost exactly a year ago. Only three players are not seniors or graduate students.

Our other D3-specific previews ahead of the 2021 season included the first NEBJ Coaches Poll of the spring, a feature story on Rhode Island College’s All-New England second baseman Nate Vigeant (Coventry, R.I.), and an offseason series looking at players to watch across each of the New England-based baseball conferences.
