Four New England prospects in the Class of 2025 competed in the East Coast Pro Showcase, one of the most prestigious national scouting events for incoming high school seniors.
This event was created and designed in 1995 to evaluate and educate prospective players and parents leading into the players' all-important draft year. The ultimate purpose of this showcase is to allow evaluation opportunities for scouts from every Major League Baseball organization.
The East Coast Pro Showcase is run by MLB scouts. On average, between 80 and 110 players from the event are annually selected in the MLB Rule 4 Draft.
