High school baseball is back. We're just over a week into the MIAA season as many teams have gotten their seasons underway.
There have already been plenty of standout performances across the state so far, whether it was a no-hitter, dominant complete games on the mound, or back-to-back games with two-run homers. The bar should only get higher as more of the top teams kick off their schedules.
Throughout the season, we’ll run a weekly watch list each Friday, recognizing 10 standout performances across the state. A friendly reminder, it is impossible to attend every high school game in Massachusetts, so we rely on reports from coaches and social media accounts to select the performers in a given week.
