The stretch run of the regular season is upon us. In just over two weeks, the MIAA baseball tournament brackets will be released.
We saw plenty of high-stakes matchups last week, including a headliner in St. John's Shrewsbury going to head-to-head with BC High, which helped lead to a shakeup in the top five as the Eagles slipped. Meanwhile, Walpole and Xaverian made their way into the upper echelon after strong weeks.
Further down the rankings, St. Mary's slipped after a tough start to last week, and Andover fell out of the top 10. Westford Academy and Plymouth North slid up, while Lincoln-Sudbury made its debut in the rankings this season.
