It was a Super weekend for Division 1 college baseball in New England.
UConn advanced to its second NCAA Super Regional in three seasons and third ever by winning a do-or-die Game 7 late Monday night at No. 9 Oklahoma.
As winners of the Norman Regional, the Huskies will take a 40-win record back on the road to Florida State, where another winning weekend in the best-of-three series would result in a trip to Omaha for the College World Series. The upcoming series begins on Friday afternoon.
