NCAA transfers: 4 former D3 standouts who could make big impacts

College baseball rosters at all levels throughout New England continued to change throughout the fall season as players finalized their plans to transfer before the spring season.

Division 3 players, in particular, have a unique opportunity post-pandemic to take advantage of an extra year of eligibility after completing their undergraduate degrees. Some are choosing to spend a fifth year playing at the D1 level, while others are finding other D3 schools that can further their respective academic and athletic goals.

This continues our offseason series of NCAA transfer updates that we expect to continue up until the start of the spring semester. Our previous update featured additions to the Bryant, UMass Lowell and Northeastern rosters.

Here's a look at four D3 transfers who could make big impacts for their new programs.
