Auburn, Mass., native Tyler Beede has spent the early part of his fall rehabbing a groin injury and pitching for the Scottsdale Scorpions in the Arizona Fall League.
He spent the 2017 regular season with the San Francisco Giants’ Triple-A affiliate — the Sacramento River Cats. The 24-year-old right-handed pitcher posted a 6-7 record with a 4.79 ERA this season. The Lawrence Academy (Mass.) alumnus and former Vanderbilt University righthander is one of the top prospects in the Giants’ farm system.
How is your fall going?
"I’m playing in the Arizona Fall League, and we still have a couple more weeks of the season. So, I’m back in Arizona staying busy."
