It has only been a week since New England Baseball Journal’s Prep School Coaches Poll made its 2024 season debut, and recent results have already caused some major moves.
The latest Wednesday ranks feature a complete new look beyond the top, including four new teams as compared to last week. Two of those teams received consideration for top-10 spots a week ago, while the other two quickly jumped onto the radar with strong recent showings.
This week’s ranked teams represent four different New England leagues in the WNEPBL, CNEPBL, Founders and ISL. The group is led by four clubs from the WNEPBL.
NEBJ’s Prep School Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches throughout New England and will be released weekly during the season. Coaches interested in participating in the voting should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com for more information.
