The first champions of the prep baseball season in New England were crowned this past weekend.
In this week’s New England Baseball Journal Prep Coaches Poll, one team made a major jump after its late playoff run. A handful of top teams also secured their respective spots in the top five. Just five teams received first-place votes, the fewest at any point this spring.
NEBJ’s Prep School Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches throughout New England and released weekly during the season.
