Another season of prep baseball in New England is nearly complete.
The penultimate edition of New England Baseball Journal’s Prep School Coaches Poll for 2023 includes some high risers and numerous league champions who have already ended their seasons on a high note.
With the end of the school year and Memorial Day upon us, an overwhelming No. 1 has emerged in the region and leads a group of three CNEPBL representatives among the 10 ranked teams. Playoff action will continue in the coming days, with some last season-ending results to come inside the final poll of the year in early June.
NEBJ’s Prep School Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches throughout New England and is released weekly throughout the season. Coaches interested in participating in the voting should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com for more information.
