The New England Baseball Journal Prep School Coaches Poll has a new look for its third week.
Not only has the team at the top of the table changed for the first time in recent memory, but two new clubs have risen into the top-10 for the first time this season.
There is one undefeated among this best-in-the-region group, while three others have just one loss as of this week’s ranking. A total of four different leagues are represented, with the CNEPBL and Founders Leagues each being the home of three ranked teams.
NEBJ’s Prep School Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches throughout New England and will be released weekly during the season. Coaches interested in participating in the voting should email jkummins@baseballjournal.com for more information.
