St. Sebastian's School alumnus and former big-leaguer Matt Duffy will get a chance to coach his alma mater in 2024.
The 2007 ISL MVP will take over as head coach after serving as an assistant for the last two seasons under Mike Calabro, who stepped down following the 2023 season.
"It's been an easy transition, being an alum and having been over there the last few years," Duffy said. "I've finalized the transition, and it's been a good one."
St. Sebastian's has a teacher-coach model, and Duffy will also have a role in the athletic department under Director of Athletics Jon Bartlett.
