ANDOVER, Mass. -- Since taking over as head baseball coach at Phillips Andover in 2009, Kevin Graber has enjoyed a wealth of success.
Under Graber’s watch, the Big Blue have earned 12 consecutive CNEPSBL Final Four postseason appearances, winning five (2012, 2013, 2016, 2018 and 2022). Over 60 of his Big Blue players have committed to play college baseball since 2012. In 2018, Graber was named American Baseball Coaches Association Northeast Coach of the Year.
Outside of his family, consisting of wife Tina, daughters Katie and Kelly, and son Kyle, Graber’s life is centered around baseball.
New England Baseball Journal sat down with Graber for a to find out how he has turned Phillips Academy into a baseball powerhouse and where he sees the program going in the future.
