Now that the prep baseball season has come to a close for 2022, we'll recognize outstanding individual performances all throughout the Northeast.
Some of the most impactful performances during the 2022 season came from first-year players, whether they were post-graduates or underclassmen.
New England Baseball Journal will recognize the first-year players whose quality of play helped their respective teams -- many of which ended up in our final Prep Coaches Poll.
We spoke to a number of New England prep school coaches who helped compile this list. Below, we honor these first-year student-athletes.
