With the 2022 prep baseball season inching closer, players throughout New England are engaged in their respective annual winter conditioning and skill development as they gear up for the campaign that lies ahead. Many multi-sport athletes are also in the midst of hockey, basketball, wrestling or track seasons — sports that can also help prepare baseball players for the competition they’ll see in the spring.
