New England Baseball Journal’s final Prep School Coaches Poll of April features consistency at the top and a new look towards the bottom of the top-10.
The WNEPBL and CNEPBL continue to lead the way with three ranked teams apiece. A pair of ISL squads have traded places into and out of the top-10 thanks to one’s all-around dominant week.
While a recent Avon Old Farms loss now leaves the ranking without an undefeated, the race for the rankings remains tight. Nine different teams are still receiving at least one first-place nod from the region’s coaches, while 12 additional received top-10 votes.
NEBJ’s Prep School Coaches Poll is voted upon by coaches throughout New England and will be released each Tuesday during the 2025 season, with results through games of the previous Sunday. Coaches interested in participating in the voting should email [email protected] for more information.
