Prep Schools: NEBJ Coaches Poll #9 – Postseason

Central New England Prep champ Phillips Andover finishes season at No. 1

With the recent conclusion of the spring season, New England Baseball Journal has unveiled the final 2018 edition of the Prep School Coaches Poll.

Phillips Andover was voted as the No. 1 team in New England for the first time since the second week of the season (April 10), garnering 125 points and six of the 14 first-place votes. The Big Blue finished 20-2, winning their fourth Central New England Prep title in seven years under head coach Kevin Graber.

ISL champion St. Sebastian’s, Cheshire, Western New England Prep winners Salisbury, and Dexter Southfield, which won the NEPSAC Small title for a third straight year, all received first-place votes in this year’s final poll of the region’s coaches.
