Small school players making a big impact

The stories of college baseball players in New England are unique.

All can relate to the long winter months practicing indoors, and all cherish the precious couple of spring months that comprise the regular season.

When spring turns to summer, everything changes, the playing field is leveled, and some of New England’s top talent — from all levels and corners of the region — gets the opportunity to shine with the best of the best from around the country in leagues such as the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
