Summer baseball is in full swing across New England.
With the July 4 holiday in the rear view, all three of the region’s premier leagues are well into their seasons and have the heat of the summer schedule ahead.
Top teams have emerged across each circuit, with a number of local players standing out among the best of the best. That group includes a pair of regular starting pitchers in the Cape Cod League, which is widely considered to be the best summer collegiate league in the country.
