The Newport Collegiate Baseball League season is set to begin on July 10, and the 19-game season will provide regional baseball fans another opportunity to watch high level baseball.
The four-team league will play all of its games at historic Cardines Field in Newport, R.I. The rosters of all four teams are laden with Division 1 starters and sprinkled with potential MLB Draft prospects.
Michael Falcone, Director of Operations for the Newport Gulls of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, is responsible for organizing the start of play in accordance to Phase III of Rhode Island's reopening plan. The games will not be open to spectators; however, all games will be available to fans via a live stream on YouTube and Twitch.
