Bay Sox Baseball may have its own facility as early as 2024 -- the program's eighth year as a travel program.
Now under the operating arm of 3Step Sports LLC, the Bay Sox are set to benefit from 3Step's build-to-suit lease -- purchased in July of 2022 -- for a building being constructed in Dartmouth, Mass., which the Bay Sox will occupy. Construction has yet to begin at the Dartmouth site due to building delays.
"I wish I knew the timeline; it's something we've looked forward to for a long time," Bay Sox Founder Dave Ulmschneider said.
