For a region of the country that doesn’t get much respect in terms of producing top baseball talent, there are certainly diamonds to be found in the rough. For instance, 55 prep school players currently committed to college baseball programs.
Even the top uncommitted players will likely find their way to college programs despite the break in play this spring.
Here is a list of under-the-radar prospects who have the ability to play at the college level, but have been hurt the most by the lost season last spring.
