Wellesley, Mass.

By Mike ZheJune 1, 2018

It’s been quite a decade on the diamonds in town — and beyond.

One year after making an improbable run to its first Massachusetts Division 1 championship game, the baseball team at Wellesley High School has continued winning this spring. It owned a 10-4 record (5-2 Bay State Conference) in mid-May.

Down at the youth level, Wellesley South Little League has won the state title twice in the past decade (2012, ’16), earning the right to compete in the New England Regional in Bristol, Conn. Newton SouthEast is the only other program to claim two state titles in the past 10 years.
